Dream or Nightmare?

Updated on January 8, 2023

A long empty highway, no one in sight when suddenly I started to walk this highway as it continuously change into a railroad passage. It became a totally different scenario. A railroad track full of people. I am now walking toward a school at the end of the road. When suddenly turn to see a dog staring at me. I try to ignore the dog as I walk because of two reason: I got a fear on dogs and second it creeps me out in the way the dog stares. It feels like its not a dog. Now the dog is starting to follow me. As I walk, another feeling of someone staring differently caught my attention. A little girl with a doll. It was a great mistake for me to look in her direction. Now she is starting to follow me. It totally freaks me out. As I've observed no one in the dream seems to noticed her as if she never existed and that only I could see her.

I started to walk fast as I could and the girl did the same while staring at me. I run and run as fast as I could. I bumped through people but as I look in her direction it was different. She passed through a person's body like a ghost. She is starting to get mad. Still running away, there's a voice telling me to turn left. Turning left was the ultimately decision I made. It made her gone so mad and throw big chunks of rock at me. It almost hit my head. She can't turn left. There was like a barrier. She was furious with eyes glaring at my direction. I hide in one of the rooms. So scared, It woke me up. 2 a.m.

I tried not to sleep again for fear that it could re-occur. I always dream with someone staring at me. Someone once told me, "Never look in the eye." "If you look they'll noticed that you see them and they will constantly follow you and let you do what they want you to do. They will always bother you." "Ignore them, pretend you don't see them, act normal and they'll leave you alone."

I don't know what are the meaning of those dreams. Stalking, following, trying to tear me up, even kill me. But I always managed to escape. Even in dreams, I always remember what I have read before, "You are in control of your dreams."

Can anyone tell me the interpretation of it? Is it a dream or a nightmare?

Have you encountered the feeling of being stalked?
