The best way to lose weight

Is to give up the bad foods you ate,

Drink plenty of water

Allow you to dance and even holler


Eat to live not live to eat

Give up eating too much meat

Stop eating food not good for you

Or having drinks that bloats you too


Enjoy all kinds of exercise

Pray to the Lord over the skies

Speak positive love of life

Do loving things without strife


Try to help your fellow man

Anytime you really can

Just be yourself and you will be

Nothing else but specialty


The way to go is make life flow

The spiritual way is it today

In order to win you must be in

The everlasting love to stay


With all this going

Don’t try to lose

Just let go

Of having the blues


Heaven has a purpose

To serve for us

Keep above the surface

And receive the plus


You’ve got to use faith

For life to work

The way to lose weight

Is to let life perk


Exercise daily

Drink water and juice

Pray up daily too

For the right to be loosed


Now is the time

To get it together

This rhythm and rhyme

Will work forever

Consistent exercise will produce the most positive results. Whatever the goal is it can be achieved by consistency. Let nothing slow down the progress. Yes!

      Well Anita, I enjoy eating wealthy and healthy as well as working out. I got very sick once from something that I had eaten. I felt so bad that I vowed to not eat certain foods again. My weight just started dropping off. 7years ago I weighed about 185. Today I'm around 152-155. It's a battle trying to keep weight on. Eating most healthy is the natural and therefore, the best way to lose unwanted weight. I found that out without trying. Thanks for stopping by.

      Thanks Flourish, As said before, I lost more than I expected to but it was mainly because I incorporated a vegan and raw diet into an already vegetarian diet. The results are truly amazing. At 5 this morning I ate a salad. At 6 I just ate another one. I mix quality herbs and spices in the salads and I can go or work all day on drinking water in between meals. Thanks for your comment.
