It can also be taken as juice to cure this ache. It is easily available in grocery shops. It is one of the cheapest solution to easy backache management.

Fish oil helps to decrease joint pain as it is a rich source of omega 3 fatty acids. It is a good remedy to reduce and prevent backpain. It helps in the lubrication of joints.
