Raw potato juice is a very common remedy to cure backache problems. Raw potato can be topically applied to the area where there is pain for immediate results. Fish oil helps to decrease joint pain as it is a rich source of omega 3 fatty acids. It is a good remedy to reduce and prevent backpain. It helps in the lubrication of joints.
