Vegetable salad for diet
Ingredients:-
- Arugula.
- Cucumbers.
- Red onions.
- Nuts.
- Olive oil.
- Lemon juice.
- Dijon mustard.
- Garlic.
- Sea salt.
- Black pepper.
Preparation:-
- Chop the cucumbers and onions.
- Take a bowl and add arugula, cucumber, onions, smashed nuts into it.
- Add other ingredients. And whisk all salad ingredients in the same bowl.
- Add sea salt and black pepper as per taste.
- After mixing it, you can add cheese, tomatoes in dressing of salad.
- Dig in and taste it. Try everyday for good health.
