Easy to make Foot Bath to reduce swelling

Great for tired Feet!

 Oak bark is known for having astringent properties which help to open pores and release heat in the body.

Rose petals and buds are known for being soothing and relaxing to the skin. 

 Peppermint is useful for feverish situation in the body and known for being a cooling herb.

These herbs can be found at health food stores and herb shops on and offline. 

 An oz of each herb goes a long way and is very responsibly priced.

Mix equal parts of Oak Bark, Rose petals and buds and peppermint.

Steep 1 large tablespoon of herbs in 8 oz of boiling water for 15 minutes.

Cover while steeping for best results.

Add to warm foot bath water and enjoy until water cools.
