You mix 3 tea spoons of baking soda and one and a half spoon of lukewarm water.
Mix it well until it becomes a paste. Then with your toothbrush start brushing your teeth.
take care that you don't brush very hard because it will hurt your gums. It is a very good way to clean the gums from the root and make your teeth shine.
Be careful!!! This is not a substitute for a toothpaste. lt will clean your teeth and gums deeply and after a few uses you will see that your teeth will become more white.
when you have a headache or a migraine, you could try the following:
1- cut a raw potato in thick slices. Place the slices on your forehead. It calms down the pain.
2- put 3 drops of Lavender oil or basil oil , in boiling water and inhale the vapor.
3- peppermint oil or coconut oil, mix 3 drops of oil with one tablespoon of water , put it on some cotton and apply it on your forehead and temples. Apply it 2-3 times and in less than an hour the headache will go away. Do not use it on small children. Peppermint oil is very concentrated and not recommended for small kids
Boil a potato with the peel. After its cooked, mash it and mix it with a banana. Mix well until it becomes a paste. Use as ointment on the stain on your skin. Leave it for half an hour. Repeat this for a few days.
In some milk, soak a cucumber for 2 hrs. Mash it and wash your face twice a day, pin the morning and in the evening.
Swollen eyes:, dip a piece of cotton in some milk and put it on your eyes as a compress. Leave it for 15 minutes.
Crying eyes: when you peel onions, in order to avoid tears bite a toothpick
For tired eyes: Boil 2-3 carrots in 200gr water mash them and put the ointment on a piece of cotton. Use the compress on the eye for 10 minutes
