Yoga and meditation are the main sources of gaining positive energies from universe and environment. Yoga energizes physically and meditation energizes mentally.
Both are compliment to each other. The key to keep fit yourself through yoga and meditation is to take deep breath and feel fresh air with positive energies is coming inside your body and hold it for few seconds and feel that all negativities and diseases are collected and closed. Then release the breath and feel all negativities and diseases are going outside the body.
You have to do this process with closed eyes. Through yoga you have to take and release the breath and through meditation you have to feel while taking breath positivity is coming in and while releasing the breath the negativities are going out from the body.
In this way you can get rid of many type of mental and physical problems and diseases. It is also helpful to create connection with Universe energies and God and step into the Spiritual World.
