Fitness great for you
I am one of those people globally, who are more aware about myself and fitness. How to maintain my figures and health condition. I know and all of us knows that there's a lot of prevention and awareness, that we can practice and considered. But all of these can put on trash, if we our self has no trust that we can make it.
Base on the study almost 70 percents of women says their Belly is their toughest trouble spot to air. Where I am belong on that study. The problem for me I cannot roll over my ab to sized up. I do felt my back hurting when I am doing that. I do try others way, putting my one leg up in the corner while my hands moving fort and back. Same thing on the other leg to balance both. But still my Belly not getting smaller. I cannot go outside to go Bike or play Basketball. Since it is Winter and we always on below zero temperature.
Well, probably the most things that I can do it right now. Maybe this following tips can help for me and for you.

1. Stand for at least 10 to 15 minutes every hour.
2. Eat at least 5 serving of veggies and fruit daily.
3. Avoid more sugar in your coffee. Or avoid sugary drinks.
4. Pack healthy snack with full of Vitamins.
5. Walk more than 1,000 steps a day.
6. Choose a low - fat foods.
7. Avoid eating while watching television.
8. Eat your meals on time.
9. Sleep 8 hours or more. Don't nap...
10. Drink non-fat milk or tea daily.
It's hard to get us healthy and fit....If we don't know and we don't care!
