Not drinking water is a better way to lose weight. I sipped a half of cup of water over a 24 hour period and lost 2.4 lbs. Hospitals often put patients on restricted liquid intake control. I know someone who lost 60 lbs. in 2 weeks by being limited to 14-oz of liquid intake daily. David Russell

I don't really think there is any easy way to lose weight, but these tips are a start. Don't forget to add exercise into your routine - even a few minutes a day can help!
