Never, ever run stop signs, traffic lights or cut people off to save a few minutes. If you have children slow down. Your safety and the safety of others is more important than being on time. Get to your destination before primping. Don't use an electric shaver or apply cosmetics until you arrive. Slathering make up on in the parking lot is better than applying mascara at fifty miles an hour. Take a few minutes to gather your thoughts before you walk in the door. You are fine.
