During exercise or jogging you may feel thirsty. Drink cold water instead of warm one. Another simple way to burn calories more is using burden. While running you can bring a drink bottle filled with water or dumbbell that is adjusted to the strength of your hand (for example, 2 kg).

When running, you can also carry the load by hand or using back pack filled with the load. This will burn calories 25% more than if you do not carry the burden. If you ever watched Kung Fu movies, that's how the Shao Lin Monks ever practice, they carried burden in their feet, hands, and back. This technique will make they move faster and lighter.
