What Questions to Ask!

Ask yourself these:

  • How does your time pass daily?
  • Are you idle or productive?
  • Are you achieving goals or not?
  • At least, are you learning good stuff or not?
  • In the whole process, how is the rest of your life fairing?
  • How effectively do you do your daily chores?
  • Do you own responsibility or run away from them?
  • Are you serious or casual about your life?

Bcause you know how you pass your time, you will certainly know the answers to these questions.

Match your answers to the points below.

14 Unhealthy Signs:

  • 1) No motive:

You live life aimlessly. There are no goals to achieve and no plans to follow. You have dreams and ambitions, but your approach is wrong. You are neither diligent nor expeditious. Your thoughts are effective but not your actions. Your time passes without productivity.
Is such a lifestyle healthy? Determination is imperative to achieve personal and professional goals.

  • 2) You are dull:

You are not energetic when you work and complete tasks. You fulfill obligations and do duties with a dull attitude. You are too lazy to workout even when you have time, and you escape or avoid personal or household work.

  • 3) You are slow:

Although you pursue your goals and perform your day to day activities, you are slow in doing them. You don't show smartness. The ability to be quick is missing. It's not that you are cautious and steady. You are slow because you are either lazy or not motivated. Maybe you are casual.

  • 4) Weak connections:

Your social life sucks. You don't have strong connections, references, and contacts. Your profile is weak and does not benefit you much.

  • 5) You are stuck:

Your past was good, and you liked how things had been. Your present is not as pleasant as your past, and that bothers you much.
Because you live in the past, you are inattentive to your present. You are neither flexible nor adaptable, and you fail to incorporate changes.

  • 6) Your sleep cycle:

Ask four questions:

  1. What time do you sleep?
  2. When do you get up?
  3. Why do you sleep and get up at those schedules?
  4. Does your schedule refresh you or make you restless?

If you have valid explanations to these questions, be happy as life is running smoothly. If not, start worrying because your lifestyle is unhealthy.

Example: You sleep very late at night for no reason. You have no work, no duties, no assignments, yet you don't sleep on time. Instead, you do time pass, kill time, browse online, stay glued to the smartphone, etc.

  • 7) No discipline in schedules:

You have no punctuality, uniformity, and adherence in:

  1. The chores you need to do,
  2. The errands you have to run,
  3. The places you have got to go to,
  4. The people you have to meet.

You want to do them in a correct manner, but somehow you don't do justice to them. There maybe me many reasons, but most of the answers are unacceptable.

  • 8) Delay of chores:

Whether you want to buy groceries or wash clothes, or you want to have a bath or pay bills, you delay your errands for no reason. You push them thinking you will do it in some time or the next day. Is that a healthy habit?

  • 9) Shabby life:

Cleaning the house is a hurdle for you. Moreover, you don't stop yourself from spreading dirt. You drop the wrappers while eating snacks and keep the plate either on the dining table or near the bed after eating.
You keep the utensils unwashed for days and feel lazy to take a bath regularly.
Your feet and socks stink when you remove shoes. Your belongings have dirt piled upon them, and so on.

  • 10) House, a dumpster:

When you get up, you leave your blanket unfolded. Your cupboard has stuff all jumbled up, and your dressing table, as well as the bedside table, are shabby. Your shoes mostly lie out of the racket. When you open the drawers of furniture, they have a pile of things.
You dump clothes, packets, packages, boxes in suitcases and cupboard in a clumsy order. Aren't these the indicators of an unhealthy lifestyle?

Hygiene signals

  • 11) You don't keep your car clean:

Your car is untidy especially inside, and you poorly maintain the car. It reeks of smoke or has some other pungent or rancid smell. You are infrequent in using the car wash services.

  • 12) Your shoes are dirty from inside:

You keep your shoes neat from the outside for others to not notice, but on the inside, your shoes have stains and are unclean and smelly.

  • 13) Your clothes are not clean:

After wearing a top, shirt, or T-shirt for most of your day, you don't wash it. You keep it unwashed maybe because you didn't sweat or you think your clothes haven't got dirty. As a result, your clothes look unkempt.

  • 14) You wear the same innerwear for two days or more:

I have heard people admit they wear the same innerwear for more than two days. They give the excuse, 'No one will come to know.' Is that acceptable?

Conclusion: Eradicate Bad Habits.

The habits and lifestyle mentioned above affect your thinking, faith, abilities, capabilities, and potential.

When your life has the influence of unhealthy signs, your lifestyle is inappropriate and needs changing. Get rid of them for growth and development. With focus and attempts, you can incorporate in life series of good habits forming a healthy lifestyle.
