How to get rid of double chin!

So called double chin can occur because of being overweight or when our skin loses elasticity with age . For a few, it can be genetic.

No matter, what is the cause, but it leads to lack of confidence.

There are number of surgical treatments, that can eliminate a double chin, but there are also far more simple and painless treatments to get rid of sagging skin under your chin area.

But keep in mind, to fix this problem, you need a lot of time and dedication.

Remember, you lose face fat the same way you lose any other fat on your body through nutrition and exercise. The good point is, that the face is actually one of the first places there fat starts to disappear.

The leaner your body, the leaner your face. If you really want to rid yourself of double chin, you need to improve your diet first.

Improving the quality of your food intake and eating low calorie food, you will follow your way to reduce fat of your chin. Consider to replace harmful fats with high quality proteins such as wild-caught salmon, organic chicken and healthy fats, like virgin coconut oil, virgin olive oil, almonds, broccoli and spinach.

Training

2.Place your left/right hand on your forehead. Push your head forward while providing resistance with your hand. Repeat 5 to 10 times in a row. Do this daily at least for a few weeks.

3.Raise your chin toward the ceiling and look at the ceiling. Pucker your lips toward the ceiling and hold for a count of 10 seconds. Repeat 10 times for best effect.

4. Turn your head to the side, so that your chin is parallel to your shoulder. Slowly roll your head downward, then up to the other side. Repeat 10 times.

5.Use a tennis ball. Place it against your neck and hold it there with your chin. Press your chin against the ball tightly, then slightly release. Repeat 10 times.

These exercises can help stretch and tone your neck and jaw muscles, helping you get rid of your double chin.



Chew gum

To get rid of a double chin, it is essential to keep your facial muscles toned and give the muscles in your jaw line a workout. Simply chew sugarless gum several times a day to reduce your double chin as quickly as possible.

Egg whites or clay masks

An egg white or clay mask can be a great help in getting rid of a double chin, because it has a powerful tightening effect on Your skin.

Just prepare the clay or whisked egg whites, apply the mask to the skin around your chin and neck area. Leave it on for 30 minutes. Rinse it off with lukewarm water and pat dry your skin. For quick results, do this once daily.
