      I am a big green tea fan-- didn't know about weight loss help, but I find it so soothing and energizing I drink at least three or four cups a day.

      Green tea is not only very common in Japan but has been very common in Australia over the last twenty years. In summer it may be purchased as a cold drink in bottle or can. You can also drink it hot which is preferable in winter.
