Stay Healthy - Foot Warmers Cosy Massage Pillows And More Great Products

Updated on March 14, 2019

Amazon Best Sellers and most Popular too!

I have picked the most popular best sellers this year for you. With a combination of warmth and comfort, and health checking gadgets, you can look forward to the rest of winter, knowing that you have been well and truly pampered. Imagine coming in from work, stiff and sore. With icy cold feet and frozen hands, all you want is a nice cup of coffee or tea. By the time that you have settled down for the evening, you feel like you have been dragged through a hedge backwards! as my mother used to say! lol Now take a look at these items. Comfy warm microwave boots to warm your feet. A personal neck massager that won't tell you that the football is about to come on TV so he needs to get himself organised! and of course that wonderful foot spa, to take away all your aches and pains. Fantastic. You do realise of course that I probably need all of them! Oh, and don't forget, if you don't like the darkness in the winter, you can always treat yourself to that wonderful SAD sunshine lamp! Hope you find something that you need, or if not what you need, well, something that you are going to treat yourself too anyway!

Warm Microwavable feet warmers

Now we all know what it is like to have freezing cold feet! I know that I suffer from frozen toes in the winter, especially in the evening when I come home from work after walking through all that snow. So what could be better than to sit down in front of the TV and know that in a few moments your feet are going to be lovely and cushy warm? These foot warmers are great because it only takes a few seconds to warm them in the microwave, but they last for ages, keeping your feet lovely and toasty!

Foot Spa

Keeping on the subject of feet, how about a lovely soak in a foot spa? The foot spa is a great way to relax tired and aching feet. The bubbles sooth and massage your tired toes, and you can control how fast or slow you want the massage to be. I recently had one bought for me, as I was suffering badly with aching and sore feet, and let me tell you, it is amazing! I can sit there for ages just letting the water sooth and warm my whole legs. I feel so relaxed after using it, and of course you can then put your feet inside the microwavable feet warmers! How's that for comfort?

Ooh, now this is good! If you suffer from back pain, or just aching muscles after going to the gym or just going about your daily work, this Shiatsu cushion is just what the Doctor ordered! It kneads away muscle tension, pain and that horrible fatigue that you get when you have been carrying something heavy. It has a true massage rotating system. And the soft cuddly cushion conforms to your body, so there are no bumpy bits sticking in your back! You can also target certain areas with the different control system. It is a great way to get rid of those aches and pains of the day.

Best Seller! Phillips Wake-up Light

Now this is a great idea! Phillips have produced this fantastic wake up light. If you set it for 6.30 in the morning, it will take half an hour to slowly get brighter and brighter so that you wake up at seven with a sense of wellbeing. How fantastic is that? If you are like me in the mornings, miss grumpy, I hate getting up when it is still dark. Even in the summer you may not see the window from your bed, and the light is muted and unwelcoming. So why not try one of these? I think Phillips are clever little people making these, it may actually make me get up without mumbling under my breath! Take a peak at the video, evidently this is a very popular device.

It comes with wake up sounds and radio. And you can make the light brighter at night for using as a reading light.

Seasonal Affective Disorder Lamp

The winter can bring snow and ice, cold feet and hands, and of course bad colds and flu. but one of the major problems in the winter is depression. Depression can be caused by a number of different reasons at any time of the year, but sometimes people can be really badly affected by one particular thing. The lack of sunlight. In the summer, not only do we get lots of sunshine but of course we get the heat too. It makes us feel great. Another reason why we feel so healthy at that time is because the sun gives us vitamin D, which is essential for good bones and general wellbeing. But there are more subtle changes in the winter. Our bodies are regulated by certain chemical reactions which are activated by sunlight. And this is one of the main causes of feeling good. so what do we do in the winter? Take vitamins, do a lot more exercise, and try to get as much sunlight as possible. Of course this doesn't always work if you have other commitments. Work, school etc. That is where the SAD lamp comes in handy. It will lift your mood and make you feel happy, and when you feel happy you start to feel a lot more healthy. The SAD lamp will activate your happy chemicals! You can't get better than that!

Blood Pressure monitors

We all know somebody who suffers with high blood pressure. I tend to be on the lower end of the scale, and whenever I have my blood pressure taken it always seems to be low. But what if you are not sure? High blood pressure can cause headaches and various other complaints. Sometimes it is easier and a lot more convenient to be able to just reach out and pick up your own blood pressure monitor. Imagine having to keep going to the Doctor's surgery every time that you want to check your blood pressure. Not only is it inconvenient, but it can be a waste of time sitting around waiting to see the Doctor or nurse, just to be told that you are fine! So why not buy one of these handy little contraptions, and stay in the warm and do it yourself!

Shiatsu Neck massager

This is self explanatory! Ooh and so lovely! Can you imagine placing one of these around your neck and just sitting back for half an hour of pure indulgent pleasure! I know you are all thinking, well I can get my husband or wife to massage my neck. You are right there, but there is only one problem with that! They always seem to do it for about two or three minutes and then stop! And you can moan at them as much as you want to, it doesn't make any difference! So come on, treat yourself. You know you are worth it!

Digital Thermometer

We all know what it is like to suddenly have someone taken ill, and not be able to get to a Doctor's surgery. Especially if it is a small child. There are plenty of thermometer's on the market, but they require a certain amount of fiddling about, trying to get the patient to place it in their mouth or under their arm. That is why the Digital Thermometer is a good idea. It is much easier to use, and more importantly, much more accurate.

Hand held Body Composition Monitor

Now this is a fabulous idea. How many times have we women, and a few men asked that fateful question? Is my bum fat in this!! Now you can answer your own question. The Hand held body composition monitor will tell you your Body fat percentage, Body mass Index, and if you use the scales monitor, of course it will tell you your weight! So, no excuses then! Phew! All those husbands out there can give a sigh of relief! When she asks that question, you can just thrust this into her hand! Ha!

Now Get warm and Cosy!

Well I hope you enjoyed my little tour through these great ideas. I personally want the microwave comfy boots, the neck massager and the Shiatsu back pillow! No need to get out of the chair then!
