Healthy Pineapple Cake without Baking

Preparethefollowingmaterials:

  • 1 ripe pineapple
  • 1 cup glutinous rice flour
  • 2 Tbsp all purpose flour
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • White Chocolate melting
  • Crunchy cereals for decoration
  • Food coloring

Instructions:

Step 1: Peel and cut pineapple into pieces. The size is about 3x4cm rectangular block.

Step 2: In a bowl, mix the glutinous rice flour, all purpose flour and sugar.

Step 3: Steam the mixture until cooked.

Step 4: Knead the dough thoroughly for smooth with food coloring, and then divide into several parts.

Step 5: Laminating dough and cut into small pieces so that the pieces that fit size pineapple cut in step 1. Then put the pineapple in the middle and folded.

Step 6: Drizzle white melting chocolate (or cream as you like) and sprinkle the crunchy grain cereal on the surface to d├ęcor the cake.
