Healthy With Tea

Tea is a healthy drink. Are there anyone who never drinking tea? because there are many proof that drinking tea have benefit for our healthy and some of these tea can be healing us from disease. A cup of tea contain a lot of nutrition increase the body's defense facing serious diseases. Maintaining our healthy and keep us more younger. Each type of tea has the benefits and it has different types with another. I will inform to all of you kind of tea that have benefit for our healthy.

Black Tea

This tea made by long process of oxidation. The strong black tea aroma and taste, the color is most dense compared with other types of tea. Rich of antioxidants,destroy free radicals. Increasing body resistance in facing some infection. Kind of this tea containing half of caffeine than coffee.

Earl Grey Tea

Good for digestion. Kind of this tea stimulating production of enzyme, so it can helps digestion. With kind of fresh Citrus aroma it makes this tea become delicious drink and become healthy drink also.

Green Tea

The tea leaves was rolled not fermented like black tea. this tea contain may benefit like rich of nutrition, antioxidants, and anti aging effect. Many research proof that green tea covering our body from diabetes, prostat and lungs cancer. This tea can decrease the cholesterol content. Exposed to lower risk of stroke. Useful for gum health. Reduce stress. Prevent the occurrence of allergic. Prevent the hepatitis. Reducing the danger of smoking. Help prevent the spread of HIV virus. preventing and reducing high blood pressure.Burning fat, Reduce the risk of a decreasing in the nerve system that cause Alzeimer and Parkinson.

Pu-erh Tea

Pu-erh tea made from leaves that have been selected and made by fermentation process. Kind of this tea believed help reducing cholesterol, blood sugar, purifying our mind and good for digestion. Almost similar to black tea, but it press until flat. Pu-erh can reduce LDL cholesterol level and good for  weight lose.

Redbush Tea

Made by kind of redbush tea or roibosh from South Africa. This tea is the most healthy tea over teh world. This is the only one type of black tea doesn't containing caffeine. Rich of antioxidants. this tea made our skin looks more clean, beautiful and healthy. preventing several disease including cancer.

White Tea

Not using fermentation and purification process. A study shows that White Tea has proactive in  anti-cancer compared with the other tea that using process.

Oolong Tea

Antioxidants found in Oolong tea was able to reducing the bad cholesterol level in the body. Wuyi, is one type of Oolong Tea which is have great market is benefit for wight loss supplement.

Chamomile Tea

This is kind of herbal tea. The antioxidant inside this tea can help to prevent the several disease like diabetes complications, decreasing in power of vision and nerve system, kidney damage, and also prevent the growth of cancer cells. have great and fresh taste.

Rosella Tea

Kind of herbal tea also. There is a research proof find that drink with at least 3 cups Rosella tea each day can lower high blood pressure,Acid muscle and Cholesterol in the body.Reducing the negative impact of nicotine. Reducing the effect of drug addicted. Preventing cancer. Healing a cough and sore Throat. Makes our skin more healthy, look younger and Reduces wrinkles. good for weight loss and suitable for the diet program. Protect against infection from bacteria, anti-bacterial, anti-virus and can treat poisoned. Good for children to accelerate growth and beneficial of their brain because it contains Omega-3.

I hope those information give a lot of benefit for us. And by drinking those tea make our body healthy. I think our body is kind of investment, we have to keep it well. It's a little suggestion from me. Stay away from alcohol drink. Better you drink kind of tea above. I think %100 healthy than alcohol drink. And I hope all of you enjoy those picture.

      Interesting selection of teas and good information on the health benefits. I prefer tea to drinking coffee. I will have to try the green tea it sounds very healthy. I enjoy peppermint tea but I am not sure if it is a real tea as it only has peppermint leaves not tea in it.

      Let me 1st talk about the pictures. They are wonderful. You almost feel like drinking off the screen.

      Great information about the teas. I didn't realise there were so many. And i have the hibiscus plants, not knowing you can have hibiscus tea. I will try the hibiscus tea because i like anything that makes my skin healthy.

      I have tried camomile tea, but i dislike the taste.

      My husband is addicted to tea, and since he has a sugar problem, i will tell him to switch to green tea.

      Lots of Good information. I've been drinking Green Tea for awhile but I will certainly expand my tastes and try some of the other teas you have mentioned and recommend them to my clients

      I just finished a cup of green tea, Thanks for the info on all the teas. I do drink several types of tea, however some of the ones that you named, I never heard of, I must go to my local Health food store and look them up. Thanks again for all of the research.

      thanks for DynamicS and easy for comment. For Dynamic Jasmine tea is the mix of tea leaf and white flower in Indonesia it called "melati". the benefit of jasmine tea is for aromatherapy, with great smell it can be refreshing and calming our mind.

      Very interesting info about tea. I drink several cups of tea per day. My fav is green tea, not for the flavor but for the benefits. What about Jasmine tea? What are the benefits?

      Everything that excessive is nit good or us,like you said Dohn. just drink that you always drink. In the Evening or in the morning is the best time to drink tea. thanks Pete for sharing about your experience drinking tea. But you had try it. Sometimes it doesn't match with us when we never use it. For Keith I really new with stevia, I will search about this plant. thanks for share to all of you.

      I know tea is some of the best stuff in the world but I just can't drink it. I've tried several times and I am just repulsed buy the taste. The same goes with coffee.

      I have never experimented that much with tea, it is usually white with no sugar, but my wife agrees with pretty much everything you have said.
