1) BEETROOT:

The juice has the dual capacity of raising the levels of the 'good' kind of cholesterol that we need while lowering the bad type. Beetroot also helps when you are low on stamina by reducing the oxygen uptake in your system so the chances of you getting tired are significantly reduced. Beetroot contains beta cyanine which has a detoxifying effect on your blood stream by eliminating toxins and preventing the potential build up of fat deposits. Beetroot juice enables one to have healthier skin and fabulous hair due to its vitamin, zinc, manganese, copper, iron and content.

2) GREEN TEA:

This is calorie free and low in caffeine and therefore has high health benefits. The benefits of green tea are attributed to polytechnic Polyphenols which is a powerful antioxidant that acts on free radicals. 6) CHEESE:

Cheese is said to be among the foods with the highest anti cariogenic properties, cheese may help reduce damage to teeth caused by acidity and plague. Vitamin B in cheese helps to maintain body functions and improving immunity.

7) TOMATOES:

They are rich in moisture, and are a source of vitamin C. The seeds and skins of tomatoes are great sources of fiber which helps with digestion, while the high potassium content helps relieve stress, muscle weakness and fatigue. Tomatoes are also useful in detoxing the liver and kidneys.
