Healthy mind in a healthy body
You want to get out of the spiral that pushes you down, but everything seems so difficult. Nothing or nobody seems to help.
Look at the wonderful weather out there! Put on some sneakers and pick up your headphones. Get outside. Start walking. Forget the world.
Listen only to music as you have never heard it, hear the rhythm, understand the lyrics. Have you noticed that the song talks about a certain subject and you never noticed it? Did you notice that you walked already 5 minutes? You do not even look tired and you're already far from home. For a moment you forgot your worries. Good! Listen to another song and sing for yourself ... and another song ... and another. It's been half an hour and you feel lighter. You disconnected from the world.
You that already do this, you know what I'm talking about. You who never did ... you have to try. It's fantastic! A moment to meet yourself. A cure for the soul and also for the body. And in a few time, it's in a race pace... overcame yourself!
After a few times, if you do a retrospective, you will notice that certain problems are no longer so scary. Some are no longer a problem. The number of times you smile increases.
There are a number of scientific names that verify this transformation: endorphin, oxytocin, dopamine, serotonin. In short, chemical compounds of happiness begin to abound in your body and clear your mind.
That's my story, don't you want to try it?

Why am I writing this?
After several months of growing discontent with the daily routine, the constant pressure caused by everyday work, it was time to rethink priorities. What occupied my thinking and what occupied my time. "Start over from the inside," as I read somewhere.
A few more months went by, devoting a lot of time to reading themes and visualizing content that would cleanse my mind. An idea was coming up, and I wanted to share it with people who identified with the same situation.
The search for a healthy lifestyle, from sports, healthy eating, habits, and routines that do not pollute the mind (and the loss of some bad habits too), this is the experience that has transformed me and has brought me more joy, and which I intend to share here.
Changing directions is what makes sense for me, and this is my new journey: the creation of this content with the aim of offering advice, to provide appealing and fun things that bring us color and take us out of the gray of everyday life.
We deserve more from life.
