Heart Health Quiz
Healthy Hearts
Keeping your heart healthy is necessary if you want to live a long happy life. I have had the pleasure of working for many seniors and their secret to long life is good heart health. Some seniors tell me they never drank or took drugs, meaning over the counter drugs too. Some say their favorite food is the famous apple. All of them took walks and all of them knew how to laugh! Healthy living starts with you. The decisions you make today by changing your life in subtle ways will make a huge difference in the long run. I made this quiz up from what I learned in college. I included factors that contribute to a healthy heart and I spiced it up a bit. Walking is one way to keep your mind and your body healthy and it is free. Essentially you are saving your life, be your own hero!
