Homely prescriptions - reduce tummy fat without getting into a regular exercise schedule

Updated on November 4, 2013

Its great to do exercise but....

I have seen many people enthusiastically starting exercise schedule but after a week or two they fall out of the camp and go back sulking and complaining of increasing weight. The homely prescriptions I am about to share are for these people who cannot, for any reason, continue their schedules but want to get their tummy fat off for good.

Prescription 1: Lemon and honey

Remedy 1 is for those people who have to wake up early morning becuase they need to go to work. Now for these people, time is short and work is more. For them, here are the instructions:

(Dot not take anything before and 1/2 hour after taking this remedy or the effects would not be as desired)

  1. Take a warm glass of water (water should be more than lukewarm but should not be hot either)
  2. Take 1 table spoon of honey and mix in the water
  3. Now mix 2 table spoon of freshly squeezed lemon in the mixture (if you think it would be sour then yes. You can decrease the quantity if you cannot take too much lemon)
  4. Drink immediately, don't wait for the water to cool down a bit as it would reduce the fat burning capacity of the mixture

Continue drinking this for a month and you will visibly see a difference in your tummy size. I personally lost 1 inch after a month.

You will also notice that your face brightens because of honey and lemon intake.

Prescription 2: Ginger, Garlic, Lemon and Honey

This remedy takes about 2 hours of preparation time but the output can be used for months to come. Here are the instructions:

  1. Take 1/2 cup of ginger juice and 1/2 cup of garlic juice. You can extract with the help of juicer
  2. Take a small pot and put ginger extract in it and heat it till half of it is left. Pour it in a bowl
  3. In the same pot, now take garlic extract and heat it till half of it is left. Then pour it in the same bowl with ginger
  4. Mix the two extracts and put them again in the pot. Now put 1/2 cup of honey and heat for about 15 minutes.
  5. Now put 1/2 cup of lemon juice and heat for another 5 minutes.
  6. The solution should be ready. Cool it and put it in a bottle. Now put the bottle in the fridge. Your homely solution is ready.
  7. Take 1 table spoon 15 minutes before breakfast of before the main meal of the day

Prescription 3: Bottle gourd and honey

This is also an early morning prescription that needs to be taken 15 minutes before any thing else. Below are the preparation instructions:

  1. Take 1/2 cup of bottle gourd and boil it in 2 cups of water till only 1 cup remains.
  2. Filter the water and add 1/2 tablespoon honey and mix it well.
  3. Now drink it hot just like tea
