This truly is a miracle plant. Brilliant for all over health. Use fresh from the plant and use on skin and hair and watch the amazing benefits of clear skin and thicker hair within a month. I have also started to take aloe vera organic juice in the morning (organic from internet). A friend who had severe acne has been using the plant and recently the juice for the past 4 weeks and her acne is almost gone and my hair is in the Best conditon ever.

      Hope this helps.

      Best Wishes
