A Quick Guide to Losing Weight With Raspberry Ketone

  1. In the morning, wake and drink either 1 glass of water or 1 cup of warm water and lemon. This will help to cleanse your body first thing in the morning.
  2. Eat a healthy breakfast of whole grains and fruit to provide you with lot of great fibre.
  3. Take 1 Raspberry Ketone pill after breakfast.
  4. Get at least 30 minutes of exercise during the day. You'll want a form of exercise that will increase you heart rate for that amount of time.
  5. Eat 5-6 smaller "snack" type meals throughout the day. Ideas can be trail mix, veggies and yogourt.
  6. Have a healthy dinner with a lean protein like grilled chicken and a salad. Don't eat within 3 hours of going to bed.

      hi iv bin takein raspberry keytone for a week now i feel bloated n iv bin t the toilet more often but iv lost 3lb n cant wait t see results after week 2. x

      I have been taking them on third day got very dizzy. This is a side effect from the raspberry ketone. You should not take this if you have diabetes, anxiety meds or heart problems. PLEASE research before you start.

      I have been raking the rasp.keton for 3wks & the first 2 I was bloatec& only lost 1lb... But... The 3rd I added a colon cleanse per my Dr.'s suggestion, & voila !!! 6lbs down in one wk!! Drink plenty of water that helps flush toxins! I am hungry all the time, but I eat a snack the size of a handful every 2hrs!! VaVaVoom!! My CLOTHES FIT GREAT!!! @5' & 145 I looked heavier than most at that weight with short statur !!! Bada ba ba ba I'M LOVING IT!!!

      I have been taking the raspberry ketones for about two weeks, I exercise daily & do not snack. I have yet to lose so much as an ounce. I have, however, become quite uncomfortable in my slacks that fit comfortably before I began the ketones. Reading reviews, a few others have complained of bloating as well. I am now at an impass as to continue (and hope the bloating subsides & I start getting results) or just call it quits. I have a thyroid condition & was hoping this would give me a little help. Very disappointed.

      I've been taking them for 3 days now Along with dieting and haven't seen any difference. I've lost one pound and that's with doing weight watcher (which has always worked well for me when I follow the plan). Nothing to write home about. I haven't had any side effect so that's good but they really aren't doing anything positive for me either. I"m pretty bummed.

      Me and my sister began taken this after seeing the show with doctor oz. Its been a couple days and i feel more energy filled , my sister she keeps asking me if i'm hungry because shes getting really hungry with it . Myself i feel good eating balanced meals working out the only thing i hate is i am beginning to los face fat then the lower tummy fat lol . figures . but i do like the results so far.

      Melissa, I used Sunn Herbal Raspberry Ketone, so I know this product definitely works. Whatever you try, make sure there aren't too many "fillers". You may also want to start with a pill that is 100mg, as some go up to 250mg per pill. I hope this helps!

      westonsmom, some people have said that Raspberry Ketone does make them bloated. However, I have heard that the bloating subsides quickly and their metabolism has quickened when they stop taking the supplement. Good luck on your weight loss journey!

      I've never taken supplements before. I was having a hard time losing that last 10 lbs. I workout 1 hour per day 6 days a week, 1/2 of which is the Jillian Michaels Body Revolution set. I also eat very healthy. I've actually gained weight since taking this supplement and I'm painfully bloated. My fingers look like sausages. I've changed nothing else, so it must be the raspberry ketone.

      so far have gained three pounds. will try counting calories along with the rasp. ket. and see if i lose more than usual on this diet. maybe i've just been eating way too much. i would love to lose 15 pounds. vacation next week. diet will have to wait and by then i'll probably need to lose 20#.

      I tried them and I do like the enegry boost. I have been working out and I'm down 2 pounds. My sister on the other hand is bloated when she takes them so she is going to stop pretty sure it's from the pills. If the weight loss does not happen it is still a great energy booster that does not make you feel ill at all !! Great hub good luck !!

      I have been taking raspberry ketone for two week now, I feel very bloated and my stomach is quite swollen. I am working out three time a week. I will try for one more week and then if no improvement I will have to go off. Maybe I am allergic, though I have no other symptoms.

      it's late evening. i took rasp. ket. this AM. no obvious side effects so far. weighed myself this AM, so i will have a baseline to judge whether i have lost or not. will let you know after a few weeks.

      i just checked this out at the national library of medicine. raspberry ketone helps rats fed a high calorie diet not to gain weight. word on side effects isn't in. raspberry ketone applied to skin promotes hair growth and skin elasticity. who knows what else it does? i'm going to give it a brief try. thanks for the heads up,craftybird.
