How To Be Happy - Quick Steps To Making Life Fun

Updated on January 8, 2013

So How Do You Become Happy These Days?

Well there are many ways how to be happy and you should consider being happy instead of a miserable sod all your life, for one it's supposed to make you live longer, although the image of someone who is happily smiling whilst running into an oncoming truck is not someone who will live longer, I mean live for the moment, be happy in everything you do whilst taking care to help others too.

Happiness is a state of mind

Being happy may be becoming more and more harder to achieve these days what with the events of the world based on what we see in the news, but it is possible and a gradual mood that should be worked towards on a daily basis, start with something you like doing and then go from there, take time out, say bollocks to work work work and say boobies to anything that will bring you down, yes that's it, cut out all the crap in your life that's being a drain on your very soul and what better way than with a new years resolution that you can start at anytime, not just at the start of the year.

Real thoughts take action and action makes them thoughts come alive and how good will you feel if you know you've actually achieved something that you wanted to achieve, what can make you happier, I know personally that what will make me happier is to take everything in my own stride and not to rush things too much, but also not to get distracted by the obstructions of life that always get in the way of living a happy life, I've noticed that when I laugh I feel much better, it just feels like "oh well I lost my job last year but hell I can still laugh"!

There's a lot to smile about and be much happier these days than you think, take your own personal circumstances and evaluate what you may have that no one you know has, there you go, already better off!

You're walking along minding your own business and what's that you see out of the corner of your eye?, a lost penny that you have found, it's yours to keep and the good luck that it could bring is a happy moment for anyone, you will be rich with luck if you take small positives in life at face value.

Throw in a little personal success of what you aim to get out of life and you are instantly going to gain the happiness that you are after, go for it today, instead of putting things off for tomorrow, you'll feel much better for it and happier too.

Someone does a right loud fart in front of you, be happy, because you know given the right type of diet you'd be able to blow them away with your super powerful windy pops, happiness comes in all shapes and sizes and it just depends on your outlook on life and what makes you happy, just stick with it and don't worry, be happy!

That Santa costume only exists for when I fill in for Santa from time to time, it was ok this year so I had a beer or two instead!

Great hub Wayne and one of the most important comments you made was, "cut out all the crap in your life that's being a drain on your very soul." That alone will raise the happiness level...
