If you don't like bananas, you can replace them with a handful of raisins.
Use Ice Packs for Swollen Ankles
An excess of water in you body may lead to swollen ankles. You could place a hanful of ice cubes in a Ziploc bag, and wrap it in a towel. Apply the compress to the swollen place for 5-10 minutes.
Avoid Salty Foods
Before getting you period, try completely unsubscribe from eating salty food, and limit fast and processed foods. Season with pepper and other spices instead.
Drink a Lot of Water and Eat Yogurt
It may sound surprising, but the best way to get rid of excess water in the body is water! Nothing will more effectively cleanse your body of toxins! Try to drink 8-10 glasses of water a day.
And yogurt contains live bacteria that aids digestion. You will feel lighter!
Take Vitamins: A and C
When you feel like an inflated balloon, vitamin A and C will help reduce the fragility of blood vessels and the amount of water retained in your body .
