How To Live An Enlightened Life

A lot of people may ask the question, "Why are so many people interested in becoming enlightened"? "What's the big deal, and what will they gain? The definition of the word enlightenment is to, "attain spiritual knowledge or insight". Well if you are seeking enlightenment, and have this overwhelming desire to become enlightened' you have moved up to a higher consciousness level, you have awakened and you want more knowledge on how to become in tuned with your body, you want to tap into your psychic abilities, you want to become one with your soul. Consider yourself lucky if you have this urge or this passion to want more spiritually from your mind, body and soul, your in a hot pursuit to find divine spirituality. Not all people seek this power, there just not on the level of understanding, mainly because I feel that, enlightenment chooses us. So if your seeking, that means you have been chosen, you just don't know it. Don't get me wrong, everyone is entitled to enlightenment, but everyone will not seek, for different reasons. One big reason is religion, you may feel like this goes against your beliefs, or it could be fear, fear of the unknown, fear of rejection from peers and family members, becoming enlightened when no else around you is enlightened, can become very lonely. But if enlightenment is your goal then look for groups in your area, or social media sites like Facebook and twitter, there are many enlightened groups to join. Also remember, this didn't just happen out of the blue, as the universe shifts and waves are sent to earth we become more conscious, it means were evolving, and this is a great thing. Here are some reasons why one may want to become enlightened, for starters we can find solutions to our own problems from within, everyone wants to know how to fix something in there lives, whether it's love, finances, careers, health etc, solving our own problems and always going down the right path could save us a lifetime of worry and grief. Other benefits may include telepathy, psychokinesis, awareness of auras, good and bad, healing abilities, DNA activation and heightening our super psychic abilities. Apart of becoming enlightened is wanting to avoid poisonous or unhealthy chemicals in or on the body, this can effect your chi energy or block your chakras. You also want to consume a diet of a large amount of green leafy vegetables and fruit, the goal is to maintain a slightly alkaline diet. A body that is overly acidic becomes a host for disease or cancer, anything that weakens the body is to be avoided. Here in this blog I will list many products that are good for the Mind, body and soul.

On our quest for enlightenment, we should buy high vibrational products, these are products that will raise our current vibrations or keep them at a stable level, never to decrease them. We should avoid products with Parabens in them, if your not familiar with parabens, let me enlighten you on the topic. Parabens are a group of compounds used as preservatives in pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, such as deodorants and makeup, shampoo's, lotions, toothpaste etc, they are in many household products, and they are also used in the food industry. Now The biggest reason we do not want Parabens in or on our body is because research has shown that they can cause cancer, and anything that can cause cancer will definitely lower our vibrations. Parabens can mimic hormones and start to develop cancer in the breast. The best way to avoid this, is to use deodorants that are paraben free. *The first deodorant I'd like to introduce you to is ROC's Crystal deodorant, this deodorant is paraben free, free of aluminum chlorohydrate and aluminum zirconium, these are harsh chemicals that mask odor and clogs pores. *Next on my list is the new but popular, Kiss My Face deodorant , this all natural deodorant uses ingredients like coriander, hops, and rosemary to keep you fresh and dry, no parabens added. *Last but not least I want to mention Tom's of Maine. Now, Tom's started off as an all natural product business, but because of its mainstream popularity all products are not natural, and you have to look on the labels to make sure there deodorant says paraben free, you can most likely find these in natural food stores, most of there products in Walmart or Target have crossed over, so please read your labels.

While becoming enlightened we want to keep the Pineal Gland free from toxins. As we all know the Pineal Gland is considered our third eye, using products like fluoride calcifies the gland and makes it shrink.We want our third eye in its full ability, the bigger, the more enlightened you will become. Fluoride does serious damage to our third eye, so let's put a halt to fluoride. I know its in our drinking water, so drink bottled water without fluoride, try to avoid it as much as possible. If you don't know the dangers of fluoride, let me enlighten you on the subject. Fluoride is actually a neurotoxic substance that can cause brain damage, it has been recorded that the main ingredient in most rat poisons is actually fluoride. Fluoride has also been linked to the reduction of IQ level causing serious cognitive damage. Also Fluoride was given to lab rats in small dosages, over a period of time in a case study, to see what the dangers were of the toxin. The research found that all of the lab rats had developed kidney damage. I could go on and on and on about this dangerous toxin, so let me give you a few recommendations for toothpaste without fluoride. *My first pick is Auromere, Ayurvedic herbal toothpaste, this unique toothpaste is my all time favorite, it combines 24 special herbs including neem and peelu, roots, barks and flowers to fight tarter and plaque. Rose Water and 100% Rose oil have very high vibrations, 100% rose oil vibrates at about 300, that's more then what most human beings vibrate at, at lower negative levels. I personally use the Rose Petal RoseWater brand because its certified and uses real European roses. This product contains Vor-Mag water which has been vortexed and magnetized to raise the energy to a higher vibration that is more beneficial to us spiritually, perfect product for an enlightened individual. I use this product daily after getting out of the shower and drying off, I drench my whole body in it, including my face and let it air dry, keeping our vibrations high is magical. Both these products are great to use for enlightenment, and remember make sure its 100% Rose oil, not all rose oils are the same.

Well as we all know our PH level should be slightly Alkaline, here in the chart there is a list of Alkaline and acidic foods. mostly fruits and vegetable are very alkaline and foods and drinks like cola and sugar are highly acidic. When our system is very acidic we are more pron to becoming sick and also become host for diseases like cancer. So try to eat and drink as many alkaline foods and beverages as you can. If your system is mostly Alkaline then you do not have to give up an alcoholic beverage that you absolutely love, everything should be done in moderation. I'm a firm believer, that if it comes from the earth, then it should be good for your body. I am a big fan of organic/vegan wines, these wines have no added sulfates or GMO yeast added. My favorite Organic wine is called Frey and right on the label it says Organic USDA, contains no detectable sulfates, if your wondering what sulfates are, let me enlighten you on the matter. Sulfates are Sulfurious acid placed into wines and other products to keep them from spoiling fast, a chemical, yes. So when some people say "isn't all wine organic"? the answer is no, should they be, yes. You should only want to drink wine which the berries are from the earth with no chemicals added to them. There is also a Line of organic beers and champagne by a company called LaRocca. Some enlightened people do not drink alcohol at all, I feel if everything is organic and from the earth, then its OK, moderation is key.

I want to wrap my blog up today on the topic of negativity. As one is becoming enlightened or is enlightened we may get attacked by negativity here and there but its nothing to fear, we are still human beings. These attacks may be mentally, having bad thoughts or dreams from negative entities that invade our minds. These negative thoughts lower our vibrations and we start to have negative emotions' such as fear, anger, sadness etc.We must not feed into this negativity its very dangerous, once you feed into the negativity, you are feeding your host, these lower level beings are attacking you. Don't feed them, if you do they will hang around like stray hungry dogs and will make the situation worse. We need to clear these thoughts out immediately, when were feeling attacked spiritually there are a few things we can do. One, is burning white sage, white sage is a plant used by the natives Americans, it has great power against negativity, whether it be in our homes or in our bodies, white sage can clear the path to a positive light. If you and your loved ones are being attacked with negativity in your home, you should burn white sage in a glass bowl and walk around your home with it, even your closets, do a good clearing and cleaning of your house, this works wonders, I do this monthly in my home and I notice such a big difference, the house is lighter and doesn't feel as heavy. Also burn it when negative thoughts creep into your head, you can also put a few leaves of the dried plant into your tea kettle and infuse your tea with it, it is safe to drink, and this will help with negativity from within. You can also put the leaves into your bath water for a nice soothing soak, to relieve stress and tention in the body. Also meditation helps relieve negative entities in the brain, connecting to the source can be very beneficial. Sometimes I turn on Pandora and listen to the the third eye chakra meditation channel and just listen to chakra healing music. Balancing all your chakra's helps with negativity as well, make sure all your chakra's are open and activated, this keeps us balanced so that negativity will not enter the body. Your mind is powerful, simply ask the negative thoughts to leave, you can do this mentally it doesn't have to be spoken out loud, you can also say the word ZIN-URU, this word gives you power and is recommended by Thoth in the Emerald Tablets.
