How I Lost 50 Pounds
In 2015, I joined a gym. The gym I joined was Core 24 in Seneca, South Carolina. While a member of that gym, from August 2015 to January 2016, I lost fifty pounds and here‘s how I did it.
My Meals
The first thing I did was change my rating habits. It has been proven that the key to weight loss is to burn more calories than you consume so I put together a meal plan. All you need is a box of Carnation Breakfast Essentials (you can find it in the cereal aisle at the grocery store), a jug of skim milk and mangos (it‘s fruit that can be found at the grocery store in the produce section). For breakfast, I would make a carnation instant breakfast shake by pouring a package of the Carnation Breakfast Essentials into a glass, adding skim milk and stirring. For lunch, I would eat a mango. Fact, mangos are very healthy for you. Did you know that if you eat one mango a day for the rest of your life that it decreases your chances of getting breast cancer? For dinner, I had the same thing I had for breakfast, I had another carnation instant breakfast shake.
My Exercise
The only exercise I did to lose the 50 lbs was walk on the treadmill. I would walk four miles everyday, seven days a week, for five months, and I lost 50 lbs. Walking has been proven to be better for you then running because it’s not as risky on your muscles as running. Aim to walk four miles a day and as long as you are eating right then I can assure you that you will lose weight. Remember, if you’re working out but still overeating then you won’t lose weight but may actually gain weight. So exercise and eat healthy.
There you have it, my tips on how to lose weight. They have been proven to work because I lose 50 lbs with them in 2015.
