How Music Can Influence Our Mood; And How Can We Profit From That!

Do you think that music can influence your feelings and mood? Maybe you´ll understand that it does after reading this article, and you can learn how to set up your mood via music how you want. It´s quite handy you´ll see.

People are different, so they have different approaches to music. Some people need to listen to music almost non- stop, others don´t need it at all. Anyway, the psychological effect is similar for everyone. It has been proved by scientists that brain waves respond to the sound of music. While we are listening to music, the brain starts to release endorphins that can affect our mood and feelings. Then it depends on which kind of music do we listen. You can try it by yourself; you only have to focus on the music and realize which emotions it induces.

When you realize which music is connected with which kind of emotion, you can start to play a game and use it for your profit. For sports and exercising, it´s very profitable to listen to some powerful, harsh music that can encourage you to workout harder than usual. If you want to have a romantic evening with your partner, you´ll not probably put heavy metal on the list. You can release the atmosphere with some calm, romantic music of course.

If you reflect which kind of music provides which emotions to you, you will start to be able to play with the music and your mood. It can be so exciting and impressive! First of all, you must understand to yourself and your emotions and be able to feel the differences between them. The second thing is that you should know the music field a bit. You can find so many different kinds of music everywhere around, and each of them is a little bit different. If you want to get close to the connection between you and the music, you should do the research and not to stuck only around three or four types of music. You should explore as much as you can because every kind of music has another effect on you. Getting know the areas is a necessary step for your game. It can take you some time but it´s worth it, you only must open your mind and try to listen to the music you haven´t known before. You should make a calm place and choose the right day to start.

Try to listen to music with all your senses. Try to feel it as much as you can and write down how do you think and what do you feel with which kind of music. It won´t be easy at the beginning, and it can take you some time to realize how it works. But once you understand, you´ll be able to use the music as a mood leader. You will get to know yourself, and you can be the chief of your emotions somehow. Of course, it won´t change everything, but you can work on yourself and don´t let the feelings and your actual mood to command you. You can face them, and you can be the boss of the situation.

It would be helpful to provide you an example now. As we are in the beginning, I´ll tell an easy one. Imagine that you are hurt, you feel sad, and you are not in the situation that you could stay home with the pack of ice cream with your tears on the top. It could be helpful, but not every time this solution is possible. Imagine that you are in a mood like this and you have some business meeting, and you need to get calm and rational. The magic is that you can solve this problem through music. After the research of your mind which you need to do, you will know yourself, and you will realize which kind of music can release a good mood to you. It can be different from person to person, that´s why you need to survey yourself. I would, for example, use some chill reggae music first, to get calm, and then I would switch to some melodic music type like minimal melodic techno to get stable in my mind. But, again, it can be different for everyone, before you-you get to know your music- mood connections, you can´t even know. After that, I can guarantee you that I would not be sad and despair and I would manage to make the meeting successful.

It´s worth it to try it at least, be patient! I wish you good luck!
