Whether you are just trying to cleanse and detoxify your body to get rid of the big meal you have ate or if you just want to simply feel healthier and lose some weight in the process, there are so many effortless ways for you to cleanse and detoxify your body from the after effects caused from the food, drinking, smoking, drugs, stress and from your surroundings.

Drink Water

First and foremost, the best natural ways for you to cleanse your body and your system from harmful toxins is by simply drinking pure water, at least 8 glasses a day or more will be sufficient. Tea can also be taken if you want some flavor, but try keeping away from any sweetener or milk. If you insist on adding flavors, try fresh lemon juice instead of any other thing. All you do is drink liquid things like pure fruits and vegetable juices which can assist you in flushing out toxins out of your body, cleansing the kidneys and the liver.

Increase Your Fiber Intake

Try to eat as much as whole grains, vegetables and fresh fruits. While this may seem apparent, because many people get precious little fiber in their daily diet and just by adding more fiber to the daily diet which can assist your digestive system to cleanse your bowels and which also helps lose your excess weight naturally. Cranberry juice has been used to cleanse your kidneys and it has long been known for curing bladder infections.

There are many supplements available that embrace cleansing and detoxifying vitamins and herbs. The herbs that are used for cleansing are burdock root, milk thistle, dandelion, ginger root and cayenne.
