Guided Imagery Develops Intuition
One nature of being human is that we have a bicameral mind. It is in the sense of how thought effects our actions. On any given day then, the individual may wish to begin a new task that may add a deeper meaning to their life. Whereas, when they decide to move forward their thoughts move in a direction of the subsequent fear of the unknown. It is through this process we can experience the power of our thoughts by understanding the outcomes of certain patterns that emerge. Here then with this idea we will see how an individual can learn to develop and use their intuitive powers of reasoning and foresight into manifestation.
Psychic concentration is the process of focusing thoughts on a particular subject or object. Demonstrating this are worrisome thought patterns that result in turning a person’s hair prematurely gray, or causing them to suffer from ulcers. However, if that is the power of negative thought patterns, think of what the opposite pattern will produce. It behooves all of us to acquire a positive outlook on life by have the ability to find the good in everything. When we do this, we attract others who are of the same disposition. Intuition then is akin to this same kind of focal power.
Developing Self-Awareness
In order to develop intuition we must first journey through our own internal landscape and find out who we are. This is a path of pure self-discovery. Self- awareness teaches us why we think and act as we do. It is learning why we use a specific vocabulary when we try to communicate with others. Additionally, we begin to find that with our thoughts certain things manifest into our lives. The proof here is in how you arrived at a given point in your life and the thought patterns that helped you reach it.
Through self-awareness, we learn to communicate with others effectively. The best way to begin is learning to notice how we perceive our surroundings. Understanding our own perception is paramount to gaining this ability. Because we need to be aware of how we perceive anything. Do we feel, see, or listen to understand the world. These three factors also guide and determine our thought, and speech patterns. If we know this about ourselves, we can then learn this about others.
Intuition and Higher Guidance
When it is defined intuition is knowledge without resource or coming from somewhere other than outside of ourselves... non-inferential. It is an individual’s cognitive ability at work. More over it does not mean that they can see the future or the past but it is an ability of forethought and insight into a given situation or circumstance that may appear as such. Learning to use this natural ability takes practice and a guide to assist in the process of finding this inner power we all posses. It is through guided imagery that teaches the individual to develop this power of forethought and insight.
