How to Stop Nausea Naturally
Nausea Symptoms and Treatment
If you suffer from nausea, no matter what the cause is, it is unpleasant. This recipe is a way to get rid of upset stomach and nausea naturally.
2 cups of water
1 1/2 cups of sugar (white)
1 1/2 cups of ginger root (peeled and sliced very thin)
1/4 cup of brown sugar
In a 4 quart sauce pan, add your water and set your temperature to medium-high heat, add sugar and lime (quartered.) Bring to a boil sirring every once in awhile.
Once it is brought to a boil, turn down the heat to medium low and add the ginger root. Simmer for half an hour. Remove from heat, and let cool down. Pour through a cheese cloth or a fine strainer. Store in the fridge.
When you are ready to use it, just mix 1 - 2 tablespoons of the ginger syrup into a glass. Adding 8 ounces of club soda or cold seltzer, add ice and a lime slice.
