How to become anorexic fast

The easiest way is to just stop eating. Millions of other girls just like you wanted to become anorexic to lose weight and are doing it across the world. One good tip to keep your body thinking it's full is to drink a lot of water. However, don't overdo it. Drinking too much of it can kill you. It's happened more than a few times to people who didn't read the warning label on water bottles!

Some other foods are filling, like rice, the chinese staple food. One sideeffect of being anorexic is always being tired, feeling weak, and possibly fainting at times. You'll also sleep longer than most people... but it won't be as restful of one. Many humans in China, especially young girls, get by choosing to consume less than a thousand calories a day. I wouldn't recommend that.

Many girls run into health problems later in life because they've chosen this path. It might be an easy way to lose weight, if you don't mind being hungry all the time, but there's much healthier ways. If you become anorexic fast, and lose weight... you'll probably put it back on again as soon as you start eating.

Changing your diet and getting some exercise will turn your life, and your body, around for the better. It doesn't matter how you look in the mirror... only how you look at yourself. A sparkling personality will help people see the real you instead of whatever you might think you are. Fat girls are just as likely to date guys too, lots love them that way!
