Developing a winning and attractive personality needs a lot of effort. First, you need to acquire wisdom. The wisdom of getting along well with people, the wisdom of how to win friends. The true character of a person normally comes from the heart, the person's figurative heart. The daily habit of a person and his exposure to influences such as his habits of reading and the kind of material he reads, the type of movies he choose to watch these things influences a persons behavior.
Secondly, in order to be truly attractive to other people a person must develop how to project himself with a pleasing voice. The true motive of the heart cannot be faked by using artificial projection of a beautiful voice but instead it must emanate from a sincere feeling. One must develop the habit of speaking clearly and sincerely all the time. Bad language and profanity must never be mentioned even in laughing situation.
Thirdly, make it a habit of having a little twinkle in your eye. When a person smiles at you he triggers a powerful force, a force that forces others to smile in return, because a face that carry a beautiful smile is a force that uses no force at all. When we are not feeling to smile we can even force ourselves to smile and in turn the happy state of mind will influence our whole body. Others beholding us will be influenced positively. In fact if your engine won't start you will crank it, why not try it to your face.
