How to regain self-esteem/self-worth (After being the victim of abuse)
Abuse occurs in all forms. It occurs in relationships and being bullied in schools or on the internet. It could tear down one's self-esteem and lead to tragedy. If you are a victim of abuse or recently got out of a situation and want to feel better here are ways to build yourself up:

4) Use Affirmations
5) Surround Yourself Around Positive People
6) Listen to Upbeat and Inspirational Music
7) Look At Yourself In The Mirror And List What You Love About Yourself
Regaining Self-Esteem after a traumatic experience is not easy. It can be done. It just takes time. Whatever you are going through remember God has a plan for you. There is light at the end of the tunnel Don't give up.
