1. Find out where the stress is coming from.

Sometimes, when we’re anxious, it looks like a large chaos with triggers appearing from every perspective. In this case, we should find out where the stress is coming. What are the reasons?

2. Start thinking about what you can manage or control: Work on that

For example, you have to work on a project. If it is stressing you out, discuss it with your colleagues or supervisor or split the project into step-wise. To deal with stress, working, what’s within your control moves you onward and is invigorating and empowering.

3. Do those activities you love

It is very easy to manage or control stress when your life is inflated with activities you love. If your work is stress core, you can figure out one interest or two that strengthen your world. What are you enthusiastic about? If you’re not confident, experiment with lots of activities to search something that’s mainly fulfilling and meaningful.

You can follow some relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation or massage overcome with stress.

9. Drugs and Alcohol - Drugs and Alcohol will not help you to deal with your stress. Either stop to intake them cut down or completely.

10. Manage your time

The main stressor for many people is not managing their time well.
