I Don't Have A Runny Nose Anymore

There was the non stop sneezing and watery eyes. I had a tissue box stationed everywhere for easy access. I think Kleenex would have been very happy with me for all the boxes of tissues I was going through every month. I was on medication treatment for runny nose for many years and tried countless home remedies. Some were helpful while others had no effect.

My doctor put me on medication so that I wouldn't have a runny nose all the time. There was the anti-histamine pills for the day and different ones for the night. The day time drugs were milder while the night ones made me sleepy.

Trying to get rid of a runny nose is not easy

I tried various remedies for a runny nose. Of course I also visited the pharmacy regularly to see what would help my runny nose. The pharmacists were really helpful and recommended different multivitamins to me. I tried the various brands that were available. I also ate more fruits to increase my intake of Vitamin C.
