Human Body gets easily affected by various viruses and bacteria if our immune system is not strong. A healthy immune system identifies and kills varieties of bacteria, viruses and parasites which causes fever,flu,cough etc and keep us Fit and Healthy for long time. There are some food which is easily available in our home that keeps our immune system strong.

Citrus Fruits:

Citrus fruits are rich sources of Vitamin C which is main component for boosting the immunity and make immune system strong. It helps in growth,development and repair of all body tissues and also refresh and hydrates the body. There are many fruits and vegetables that contains Vitamin C for example Orange, Lemon, tomatoes, Spinach, broccoli etc.

Turmeric:

A Turmeric is very well known and mostly consumed spices specially in Cooking,it is widely used in all over the world . Turmeric has Anti-inflammatory properties, it also helps in healing wound fast and plays an important role in boosting immunity. Turmeric has a main active ingredient Curcumin, which has been studied as a beneficial herb in cancer treatment and been found to affect cancer growth, development and spread at the molecular level and also reduces the inflammation and oxidation which causes heart disease.
