Indigestion, also known as dyspepsia, is a term used to describe one or more symptoms including a feeling of fullness during a meal, or uncomfortable fullness after a meal. Indigestion is common in children and adults and is caused by dietary errors. You should avoid fried foods, spicy foods, caffeinated drinks, alcohol, smoking and fatty foods.       I must admit, I was very lucky that my son was never cholichy and even as a baby, I never really had to burp him.

      It seems that he always stopped eating before he was really full. This is true today as when he was a baby and as he was growing up.

      I am sure the remedies you suggested would work well.
