How Your Inner Dialogue is the Most Important Factor in Determining Your Success in Life
Reprogram Your Mind from Negative Self-Talk to Positive Self-Talk
As a man thinketh, he becomes
What goes on in our minds is very powerful. So much in fact that it determines your reality. The inner conversation that goes on within ourselves molds our perception about others, ourselves, and the world around us.
Most people tend to dwell on the negative when we should be thinking about the good. By practicing mindfulness we should begin the process of self mastery. Starting the day with an attitude of gratitude. Happy for another day of life should be as natural to us as breathing.
This process of reprogramming takes time and the more you practice positive thinking it will start to empower you with more than enough willingness to face the day and its ups and downs. We need to expect things to get better because put simply, they are.
Mindful Affirmations for Self-love and success will follow
What are you feeding your inner person? Who is in your ear? Who is impacting you? What you see and hear are the most determining factors in what your thoughts are about. Personally, I don't watch the news. However, most people do. Staying informed on current events is not necessarily the best thing to keep abreast of watching all the violence going on around us. The reason I don't watch the news is that it's mostly negative.
The media draws viewers in by showing us tragic events occurring all over the world. To some not watching the news will seem alien and uninformed. But ultimately the news is only to be watched for 30 mins at a time. Then it replays the events for people that just turned their TV on. It's simply not made to be watched over and over again which you so often. So be mindful of what you watch because fear is paralyzing and kills dreams.

Music also can cause us to think negatively. Being mindful of what you listen to is a decision that will cause us to be more positive about ourselves and the world. Find music that makes you happy or inspires you to create. Try listening to positive messages from people that resonate with you. Motivational speeches from professional speakers are available for free on the internet.
My daily routine is listening to 1 or 2 hours of professional speakers about the subject of self-improvement or spirituality. If you do this for 30 days you will start to interrupt the negative chatter going on within us all. The single most important thing about a person is their inner dialogue. It determines how they live and what they do.
We tend to make an evaluation of a person based on what the drive, how they are dressed, and how much money they make. But ultimately all that is determined by what's on their minds all the time.

Daily Affirmations to Reprogram Your Subconscious mind
With these things being said we must go on a fast. The world is meant to be enjoyed and not endured. The process of dieting and watching what we take into our spirit requires discipline.
The price of freedom is everlasting vigilance. By protecting our inner peace we must first be proactive about whether something should be allowed in or simply ignored intentionally. We all have the choice of what we take into our body's mind.
Learning how to cultivate a mindset that won't allow us to play the victims anymore, rather victors in a battle where the main objective is to steal your joy. It took me 17 years to get to a place spiritually where I am compassionate and gentle with myself despite my human defects. Shame, remorse, and guilt no longer have a hold of me causing me to live condemned and down on myself for years. I know now that I am not my thoughts, and I have the ability to delete any self-defeating inner chatter and instead smile and try to laugh a lot.
The whole key to my transformation was exposing myself to positive messages and interrupting the negative self-talk that most people live with for whole lifetimes not ever realizing they had the ability to change the channel to something more life-affirming and positive. Mindfulness changed my head which was a dangerous place to walk around into a place where still waters run deep.
