Toxemia Can Make You Sick and Ruin Your Health

First toxemia is not defined by the people who make the definition of words, even though a book was written about it in 1926 by a medical doctor. This article will explain the cause of all diseases. First the medical doctor is not supposed to preserve your health. He only makes money when you are sick.

His job is to get you on drugs for life that makes the medical industry a lot of money. Actually I mean a huge amount of money. That is what medical doctors do. They make money. So if you want to make money become a medical doctor or become a lawyer that sues medical doctors. I am encouraging a woman that I love to do both.

Now to show you where you fit into all this, I will use heroin addiction as an example. You know what causes heroin addiction. You also know how to cure heroin addiction. If you cure it, it will make a lot less money for your suppler or pusher. So the way to cure it is to stop taking it. But this is the very last thing that you want to do. You would rather do anything else then give up heroin.

So the people who sell it want you to buy as much as possible. Now you know how to cure it but you do not want to. Now heroin addiction is an analogy. The food manufactures want you to weigh as much as possible and for you to eat as much as possible. They are doing a good job of this since most Americans are overweight and 35% are obese. Also the obese figure keeps rising.

Note that the word enervated was used a lot at this time, 1926, by natural health people. It means a feeling of being drained of energy or vitality; fatigue. This article explains toxemia and it is a bunch of words but I will help you to really understand it. It is called Toxemia Explained By Dr. J.H. Tilden. He was an M.D. that lived from 1851 to 1940.

So he lived for 89 years when a life expectancy in the United States was about 63 years. Now he explains that the first sign of toxemia is colds and flu. See my article called How to Avoid Flu or Colds. have not had a cold, flu or headache in over 14 years. He defines toxemia as poisoned blood or too many toxins in the body. Now a lot of people do not understand the principle of cleansing or detoxifying the body. So I will explain it using banking as a analogy.

How much money do you have in your bank account at a given time? It depends on how much you put in and how much you take out. It is the same with toxins. There are toxins going in an out of the body constantly. If a lot more go in than come out, then you are loaded with toxins. The main source of toxins going in is food. Processed foods have a lot more toxins than organic unprocessed foods have.

Here are some quotes from this book (Toxemia Explained) that was written by a medical doctor. Some find the book too technical and hard to read.

Instead of accepting salvation, it is better to deserve it. Instead of buying, begging, or stealing, a cure, it is better to stop building disease. Disease is of man's own building, and one worse thing than the stupidity of buying a cure is to remain so ignorant as to believe in cures.

Nature returns to normal when enervating habits are given up. There are no cures in the sense generally understood. If one has a tobacco heart, what is the remedy? Stop the use of tobacco, of course. If the heart is worn out from shock, as we see it among gamblers, or among men who are plunging in the stock market, what will cure? Drugs? No! Removing the cause.

The drug habit taught the thousands certainly overbalances any relief given. Drugs to relieve pain are never necessary. Twenty-five years in which I used drugs, and thirty-three in which I have not used drugs, should make my belief, that drugs are unnecessary and in most cases injurious, worth something to those who care to know the truth.

I have this joke where doctors are too busy renaming diseases to cure any diseases. They used to have under hypoglycemia in Wikipedia that the main thing that people call hypoglycemia is not really hypoglycemia. Now they have changed it to another type of hypoglycemia.

You do not have low blood sugar but feel like you do. You have a sick feeling, feel dizzy, light headed and like something is wrong. I used to get this feeling when I went longer than 24 hours since that is about how often I ate. See Benefits of Eating One Meal a Day. Now I no longer get that feeling, no matter how long I do not eat for.

So what is that thing that Wikipedia does not know what it is except to say that it is not actual hypoglycemia. Well it is toxemia. So how you cure it? Remember that I gave the analogy of heroin addiction. What about if you are addicted to smoking or alcohol? It is the same thing. You need to give up these things but it is the last thing that you want to give up. That is why it is an addiction. Also giving up each would cost your supplier some money.

Now watch this video of increasing obesity rates to show that they did not deal with this in the 1920s when this book was written.

US Obesity Epidemic, 1985-2010

Results of Toxemia

So the obesity rates are due to toxemia. Now I have compared it to an addiction. You never hear one say that they are addicted to apple and oranges or avocados and asparagus. I love the taste of the tips of asparagus. in fact the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention), the American Heart Association (AHA) and the Harvard School of Public Health all say that people need to eat more fruits and vegetables.

So the problem is that people get addicted to the processed foods that were made to be extremely addictive. So how did I get over the toxemia? The best way is to temporarily give up the thing that you least want to give up. You give up all food for awhile and consume only water. This gives your body to a chance to play catch up and get rid of toxins while taking in very little toxins. Note that exercise helps to dispel toxins.

So a test to see how much toxemia you have is to not eat food for awhile and see how you feel. The worse you feel, the more toxemia you have. So why do people feel bad when they go without food. People think that it is lack of food but they do not need any foods for a few weeks. They feel bad due to toxemia. When you go long without any food your body goes into a fasting mode and gets rid of toxins at an accelerated rate. Now this takes different times for different people.

But you can tell right when it happens with you. Your body tells you. Your tongue gets coated. Your tongue stays coated even if you fast for 22 days like I did once. Note that I have never been overweight ever. See my article called The Many Benefits of Fasting. Ben Franklin was credited for discovering electricity. Without electricity there would be no computers and many other things. He said:

To lengthen thy life, lessen thy meals.

The Bible has 74 references to fasting because 2,000 years ago the Jews, like Jesus, used fasting for medicine and more. Dr. John Henry Tilden says in his book:

A fast, rest in bed, and the giving-up of enervating habits, mental and physical, will allow nature to eliminate the accumulated toxin; then, if enervating habits are given up, and rational living habits adopted, health will come back to stay, if the one CURED will "stay put." This applies to any so-called disease.

Please note that in transpersonal psychology (a sub-field or "school" that integrates the spiritual and transcendent aspects of the human experience with the framework of modern psychology) there is a saying-- "Whatever turns it on will turn it off." So I am saying that if not eating or fasting turns on the symptoms then keep doing it for 5 or 6 days and they will go away. Then you can go without eating for a month and learn some things about you and the human body. They do have detox diets that will work slower and are easier to do.

Since Wikipedia can change at any time, I figured that I should take a snapshot of what they are saying now (10/21/2015). This kind of hypoglycemia has its own webpage now and it is called Reactive Hypoglycemia. It says:

Reactive hypoglycemia, or postprandial hypoglycemia, is a medical term describing recurrent episodes of symptomatic hypoglycemia occurring within 4 hours[1] after a high carbohydrate meal in people who do not have diabetes.[2] It is thought to represent a consequence of excessive insulin release triggered by the carbohydrate meal but continuing past the digestion and disposal of the glucose derived from the meal.

The prevalence of this condition is difficult to ascertain because a number of stricter or looser definitions have been used.

The NIH states: "The causes of most cases of reactive hypoglycemia are still open to debate."

The symptoms may include (now these are the symptoms of toxemia [poisoned blood]) double vision or blurry vision, unclear thinking, trouble sleeping, dizziness, fatigue, nervousness, light-headedness, sweating, depression, muscle twitches, tremors, craving sweets (people should love fruits but people get cravings for man-made sweets which are like poisons), increased appetite, nausea, vomiting, confusion, bad tempered and disoriented. Note that I sleep like a baby.

Note that Dr. Phil, the TV psychologist, says that whenever someone has a lot of anger he always orders a heavy metal toxicity test. Please note that it is important to get enough vitamin D since this neurosteroid hormone is important in cleansing the body of toxins. JAMA says that 77% of Americans have a vitamin D deficiency. Moores Cancer Center proposes that cancer may be a vitamin D deficiency. PubMed says that we have a vitamin D deficiency pandemic (widespread epidemic). Read the Vitamin D Deficiency Pandemic.

Also read How to Live 30 Years Longer. It shows that salt is not a food and it is put in all processed foods including sweets when it does not make it any sweeter. It proves that salt is the sole cause of high blood pressure, hypertension and hardening of the arteries. Prevention magazine says salt is very addictive, makes you fat and shortens your lifespan. WebMD says you will be healthier and live longer if you start smoking (not a misprint) and stop consuming salt (links provided).
