Lemons are a rich source of Vitamin C. It also contains other vitamins, like B vitamins, magnesium, riboflavin, calcium, proteins and carbohydrates.

Whenever I get an upset stomach or feel nauseated, the first thing I do is get me a lemon and make me some lemon water. About 5 minutes later my symptoms have subsided. Lemons can help relieve many digestion problems, including heartburn, indigestion, bloating, and constipation and has been known to dissolve gallstones.

Daily consumption of lemon water can make a difference in your appearance. It has a natural antiseptic medicine that can cure problems related to skin. It is the Vitamin C that enhances your beauty.

Whenever you feel like you’re coming down with a sore throat, take a lemon put some honey on it and squeeze out the juices into your mouth. No more that 30 minutes you will feel better. Try gargling with lemon water until your symptoms subside. Lemons have antibacterial properties in it that help fight throat infections.
