How to Lose Weight with the Body By Vi 90 Day Challenge

What an easy way to cut calories, lose weight and get healthy! The Body By Vi 90 day challenge is a no brainer, literally! That is how easy it is!

With summer over and fall weather underway I reluctantly pulled my jeans out of my drawer. I was already sad about summer coming to an end, but to make things worse, the jeans that I wore in the spring were surprisingly very tight on me! As I pondered over what to do and whether or not I should just buy new jeans a size bigger I received a phone call from a dear friend. She was on the Body By Vi 90 Day Challenge and she said I should try it out.

I was cynical at first but I also knew that she had tried lots of different ways to lose weight (herbalife, weight watchers, counting calories, nutrisystem, other shakes, you name it) and nothing had worked. She was very excited about this product! She had been on the Body By Vi Challenge for 3 weeks and had lost 12 pounds already! I decided to give it a try and I am so glad I did!

This is what makes it right for me...

1.) I have 2 active young boys and I don't have time for anything! Let alone measuring portion sizes and counting calories. It also didn't make sense to cook healthy meals for myself because everyone knows kids are not going to eat that healthy meal you spent hours preparing. Sometimes I don't even have time for the meal itself. Breakfast in the morning - what is that? Oh - that important meal you are supposed to have to start your day in a healthy balanced way. Yes, I remember! I use to have breakfast, long long ago, before I had to get up and wake my two kids up and make sure they are dressed and presentable with everything ready for school like lunches, homework, snacks etc. I also need time to make myself look presentable too, so that I can feel good about myself during the day at my full-time job, even if I am lethargic and unmotivated because I didn't have time for breakfast. I do make sure my kids eat but have yet to sit down for breakfast myself in YEARS! So, the Body By Vi healthy shakes work perfect for me! I have breakfast at work! I bought an inexpensive blender and bring my shake mix and whatever I want to add into the shake (there is so much!) and blend away at work. I then sip it while I am doing my work. What a time saver and the shakes are delicious! It also fills me up! It is a great breakfast idea for mom's on the go too. You can bring it with you. It's portable!

2.) It gives me a clear cut way to not over eat! There is no decisions to make. As a mom and a woman with a career I make so many decisions each day I don't need another one. I like getting up every day knowing I am going to drink 2 very healthy, very delicious, and very easy shakes a day and then I will have one delicious meal. SIMPLE! I love simplicity!!!! Life is too busy in every other way.

3.) It actually saves me money. I chose the Shape Kit for my 90 Day Challenge so I am now spending less then $2 a day on breakfast and lunch. I added it up - that's $25 per week. When I looked back on the very unhealthy foods I was eating and buying for breakfast and lunch it was definitely more then $25 per week, sometimes more like $40 per week.

I could go on and the variety is great. With over 100 body by vi shake recipes that I know of (I am sure there are more!) I can have a different flavor every day! I have more energy then ever and I just feel better! I am giving my body the nutrition it needs every day, losing weight (my goal is to lose 10 pounds. I lost 7 in 3 weeks), and feeling really good.       Hi Kathryn! I did loose weight. Over the course of 3 months I lost 15 pounds. That was my goal and it worked! The thing I liked the most though was that I had more energy. Since I met my goal I just drink one shake a day for my breakfast. I have kept the weight off and have been able to incorporate a little bit of exercise too! thanks for commenting!
