Feel amazing and Thin
There are steps people can take to lose weight. But not only to lose weight but more importantly feel healthier. The most important thing in the world is to feel good about yourself. You can still be more then a size five and feel good you know! I know a lot of women will read this look at my picture and say "What does twiggy know about this? How would she know how I feel?" And no I don't have some huge weight lose story like Jared and subway. But I did have friends and family that I helped with this issue. So don't judge. I think every girl is beautiful in some way..But its more about feeling the beauty. How can you ever get to your perfect weight if you can't look at your self and believe you are the most beautiful girl you have ever seen?
The Magazine says: Your Fat. What do you say?
So here is some advice. If you have low self esteem about your weight don't you dare pick up that subscription of Vogue! Seriously I don't even read Vogue. That is not the definition of perfect. That is the media's definition of perfect. And if perfect is a 80 pound 20 year old twig..Then I NEVER want to be perfect. Magazines also make sure women think they are fat for th cash. If they have "How to lose 20 pounds in 20 days" of course you are going to buy that magazine, then your friend, then your friends cousin, and it never ends! They also have diet pills they advertise. I don't know a lot about diet pills. But it doesn't sound all that healthy to me at all.
If you are going to buy a magazine make sure you are looking at "real women" for inspiration. Women like Queen Latifah, Tyra Banks, Pink, even Britney Spears has curves now. And it isn't just there bodies. Its their strength. Strength is sexy. And you will feel sexier when you look at your self as unstoppable and unbreakable. So put the magazine's down and read "Excellence." A fabulous book of quotes that inspire and relate to everything
He says: "Your fat" What do you say?
Well there are a couple of choices phrases but I'm going to clean it up. If he says that you say "Goodbye!" Any guy who calls you fat is insecure and trying to bring you down. And if you listen to him well then you can't feel good and it will be harder for you to lose weight. If you are losing it because someone else wants you to then you are doing it for the wrong reasons and you will soon get unmotivated and stop caring.
What you need to do is kick him to the curb. And take a walk. It's good for you and it will clear your head of what the insecure idiot had just said. Anyone who calls you fat isn't worth being around. Being in a positive environment helps and motivates you to do the things you need to do.
You say: Your fat.
This is the most self destructive thing you can do. If you want to lose weight you need to look at your self and see beauty. Find what you think is beautiful about you and talk about it to your self when you look in the mirror. Set a goal and say "I'm beautiful and I'm about to be 170" or whatever your goal is. Don't say you "want" to be say "you will" be.
A lot of factors makes it hard for women to see themselves as beautiful when so many people are telling you that you should change you can get confused. But what you want and how you feel about your self is the only thing that matters.
Go on a diet: eating a carrot here and one there isn't health at all. And neither is cutting out major food groups that you need
Let people tell you what you are: Don't let people call you names. And if they do ignore it. People who pick on people see problems with in themselves.
Throw up or not eat: Death, dizzy spells, fainting, hair loss, rotting teeth, even death and people get addicted to it. So don't start.
Exercise: Its important. People try to take the easy way out by getting surgery when they haven't even tried exercise. Its not only good for your outer image. Exercise is also good for your inner one too. It makes you feel more awake and it gets the endorphins going! Bike riding is how my sister lost weight. She road around once everyday.
Eat based on the food pyramid: Eat the food groups. Some veggies, meats, fruits, etc!
If you do eat some fast food: Don't get the Mcdonalds salad and think its health because it is a salad. It isn't! Its as bad as a double cheeseburger!
Look in the mirror and smile: Look in the mirror and feel good that you are you. See beauty and see who you want to be. And things will be a lot easier.
