Everyone wants to lose weight, but no one wants to put in the time too exercise, to help lose the excess weight. I know it’s hard going to the gym, or to your local recreation center to Work out, and for some people it may even be hard to work out in the comfort of your own home.
When it comes to exercising, you have to be motivated, whether it’s working out with a friend, or participating in some form of challenge, where you must lose a certain amount of weight. If you think that motivation doesn’t play a part in exercise, then let your Doctor tell you that you must exercise in order to combat a medical problem, or situation that you may be facing, motivation, will then kick in. People act like exercise is some form of bad medicine, but it’s only to help you keep your bodies in shape, and it also will help you to live longer lives.
Stop depending on others to motivate you, when you can motivate yourself. What you can do is, try posting up where you can see, all of your weight loss efforts, write down your short, and long-term goals, and then view them daily to keep up with your progress. When you view what you are trying to accomplish, it make you want to continue until all of your goals are met. Motivation you see is definitely the key to exercise, and remember the motivation begins with you.
