Cinnamon is my favorite spice. I sprinkle about a teaspoon of cinnamon on top of my coffee grounds when I make my coffee every morning. It gives a little extra flavor to my coffee and makes my house smell great too! I add cinnamon to almost all of my pies and cobblers. I am glad to see it has such great health benefits. This is wonderful information, thank you for sharing this with us. Voted this up, useful and sharing! Have a wonderful day. :)
