Interesting Read - Thanks for these useful tips. Last year I had high BP while in hospital and they kept on giving me cold milk to bring it down. If it happens again, now I have more useful remedies.

    Nice new photo - Anamika.

    Regards. :)

This is a useful hub. I knew that garlic helps to lower high blood pressure, for everyday my mother crushes 3 cloves of garlic, mix it with some lemon juice and drink it.Now, you offer some new alternatives that I think are not so awful to swallow. I'll print your hub for her.

Hi Anamika - great suggestions. High blood pressure can be the cause of so many other complications and we don't check regularly or do anything to keep it down.

    Nice avatar pic btw :)

I've tried to stay on top of my HBP for years. I'm mostly on top of it. I was on medication and now I'm not. My last check a few days ago was 115 over 83. I've used other methods, all natural, to stabilize. I bookmarked this page and I will add your suggestions. Thank you!

These are really amazing remedies Anamika! Though I already knew about the garlic remedy, coz my dad had this High blood pressure problem and I had to forcefully make him eat garlic. He was always in so much foul mood with me because of this. I guess now I can forward him some 'tastier' and more tongue friendly remedies as provided by you. Thanks a tonnneee for sharing this!! :)
