Control the food you consumed. Many vegetable consumption and a lot of fresh fruits, and reduce the consumption of junk food meals. Remember that nutritious meal had a positive impact not only on health but also makes skin and hair become more healthy. consuming vegetables and fresh fruit are also very effective to make the hair more healthy and shining.

Reduce consumption of coffee and sweet foods can also make your hair more healthy. Replace coffee with fresh juice or mineral water. Lack of water can make hair look dull, and can trigger cell degradation.
