Organic Aloe Vera the Heart the Diet and Pollutants

Updated on July 14, 2008
What was your last meal?
What was your last meal?

Are you drinking your organic aloe vera daily?

While writing about the heart, “Organic Aloe Vera” and learning about the ways and methods of protecting the heart. Lets begin with food, because certain foods we eat support a healthy heart, while other foods should be eliminated from our diet because some foods put unnecessary strain and STRESS on the heart.

Do you know there is a battle going on with the health of your body?

Look at it this way, there is a battle going on both inside and outside of our body. The good guys are trying to keep us well and healthy. While the bad guys (pollutants) are trying to make us unhealthy, sick and full of toxins, which will eventually, promote disease of some sort.

Win the battle against poisons and toxins!
Win the battle against poisons and toxins!

Wow …makes you wonder how we even breathe at all!!

The battle is on; every day harmful pollutants are constantly on an all out assault against your body. From man made pollutants (toxins) such as industrial waste and automobile exhaust, from the smoke stacks of most of the industrial complex, to the naturally occurring invaders such as the bacterial toxins in the water supply that you drink, to the atmosphere and the air that you breath.

Remember, all of the toxins in our lives in great enough quantity will sooner or later work their way into your blood stream and into the cardiovascular system. So if your going to win the battle, logically, there are some things in your every day lives that you should try to avoid.

I am not trying to be mean …but this is fact!!

Just in case you've been out on the back 40 for the past twenty or so years and haven't received the news, the scientific data has determined that smoking cigarettes can and will cause cancer and heart disease. It's not a matter of if; it's a matter of when!!

Now, this is something you can control. Don't smoke. Don't chew. And if you’re smart, don't even be in the same room with anyone who is smoking.

Since it has been estimated that passive second hand smoke from cigarettes, cigars and pipes is five times more carcinogenic than if you inhaled the smoke directly. Folks, that's like being in a battle without any ammunition!!

Since the air we breathe and the water we drink may be unhealthy. As a preventative measure, look into investing in some sort of water filtering system that filters out the chlorine and heavy metals and get a quality bacteriostatic air filter that filters out at least 95% of air pollutants in your home.

The dangers of Genetically Modified Organisms

Do you know where your food is coming from?

About your food …know where your food is coming from and how it's delivered to you. Try for organic or at least chemical fertilizer and pesticide free. When possible avoid irradiated food. Because our wonderful FDA is supporting "not to identify" (Genetically Engineered Food) on the food labels of the food you buy... Yes, I said the FDA is not supporting this labeling law. What a shame!! You can be sure, if it's processed or prepackaged...it does have (Genetically Engineered Ingredients) in it somewhere. All of these pollutants and toxins harm the overall system and have a direct negative impact on the heart and cardiovascular system. Buyer beware!!

As always, flush out the pollutants by drinking plenty of clean, fresh and filtered water with two-four ounces of Organic Aloe Vera every day.

Buyer beware... know your supplier.
