Staying Healthy With PCOS
PCOS can come with many unpleasant side effects and can disrupt many aspects of a woman's life such as issues with fertility, weight, and overall appearance. Weight loss is often a struggle for many women with this condition, but there are ways to combat it. To start, foods high in carbohydrates and sugars are not healthy for women with PCOS and tend to worsen the condition. It is often recommended for women with PCOS to limit the number of carbs and choose foods high in fiber. Below are some examples of what to eat and what not to eat if you have this condition.

- Sugary foods
- Snacks such as potato chips and other carbs
What TO Eat:
- Fresh fruits
- Non–starchy fresh veggies
- Whole grains
- High fiber foods
- Water
- Low carb recipes
