After taking classes and learning to pole dance you can have one installed in your own home for you to use whenever you like. They can even be put up and taken down easily so you dont have to have it up all the time if you didnt want to. Pole dancing is an excellent way to stay fit and sexy for yourself and your man.

      Thats great AEvans. I think its cool that women of all ages can benefit from pole dancing. I have just started barely so I have a way to go before I get really good at it. How long have you been exercising this way?

      I do it and it is a lot of fun , it is also great excercise and yes I have one in my bedroom. I am in better shape now then I was in my 20's. My abs are hard as a rock and everything is right where it needs to be.:)
